Return and Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & On-line Training Courses

All digital products and online training courses are non-refundable due to their immediate downloadable nature.

2. Pre-order Leather Products

Orders will be made to the sizes provided when ordered. Any mistakes when measuring are not the responsibility of HappysnailDIY. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that were measured wrong.

3. Cancellations and Refunds of workshops

Upon booking but have not schedule for the workshop date, you have 3 months to schedule the date else we treat it as no show and no refund will be given.

If you have schedule the workshop date and need to cancel the workshop, it has to be done before 14 days of the scheduled start date otherwise no refund will be given but we provide alternative dates.

If you need to cancel your workshop or are unable to attend within 24hrs of the scheduled start date, alternative dates will be offered at a 50% discounted rate

HappysnailDIY retains the right to cancel a workshop day for any reason without notice. The student will be offered alternative dates or a full refund. HappysnailDIY is not responsible for any costs incurred by students for travel, accommodation, or any other service.
