Since most products are pre-ordere and custom-made, they are made to order.
The current estimated delivery lead time is about 1 to 2 months. We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping is available to most countries.
You can check if shipping is available to your country by viewing the options in your shopping cart.
Below are the average delivery times. These times may vary due to various factors. During checkout, only shipping options available to your country will be shown.

Standard: 14–30days, tracking numbers are provided only in certain countries.

Most products are produced and shipped from Singapore, so please take this into consideration. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is safe and secure.

Unfortunately, as a small business, I cannot be held responsible for lost packages once the shipping company has marked them as delivered. If you are having the package delivered to a business address or other similar location, I will not be responsible for lost packages by any couriers or similar issues.

Customs fees
The shipping cost paid during checkout does not include customs duties. Customs fees are taxes imposed by each country and must be paid by the buyer. Refunds or returns cannot be made due to customs fees. Please be sure to research customs regulations before making your purchase.
